Shipping & delivery
We ship across Israel and worldwide. Local Jerusalem: a flat ₪30, or free on orders over ₪350, arriving within 1-3 working days. Elsewhere in Israel: a flat ₪30, or free over ₪350, taking up to 10 working days. International: a flat ₪120, or free over ₪800 (any customs charges on arrival are the customer’s responsibility).
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind, or the fit wasn't right? You can return it to us within 4 working days. We just ask that pieces come back unworn and unwashed with their tags on, so the next little one gets them in perfect shape. T&Cs apply, see full returns instructions, options and policy here.
Sizing help
Kids grow in leaps, so when you're between sizes we usually suggest sizing up, a little room now means more wears later.
Product care
Beautiful clothes last longer with a little kindness. Most of our pieces love a cool, gentle wash and air-drying, and the specifics live on each product's care label and page. As a rule: cooler water, less heat, and turn prints inside out. Treated well, these are the pieces that get handed down.
Payment & security
We accept all major cards with prices in shekels (₪) and US dollars ($) so you can shop in the currency that suits you. Every payment runs through a secure, encrypted checkout, and your card details never touch our hands.
Gifting
Buying for someone special? Add a note at checkout and we'll tuck a handwritten card in with a wrap. If you're not sure on size, a gift receipt makes exchanges effortless for whoever's on the other end. Treating a new Mom is now easy with delivery to all Jerusalem hospitals.

What size should I order if my child is between sizes?
Size up. A touch of room now means more months of wear, and our pieces are cut to grow with them a little.
How do I wash these without wrecking them?
Cool, gentle wash and air-dry for most pieces. Turn prints inside out, and check the label for anything special.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free across Israel on orders over ₪350 (a flat ₪30 under that), and free international delivery over ₪800 (a flat ₪120 under that). See the full shipping policy for delivery times and details.
How long does delivery take?
Local Jerusalem orders arrive within 1-3 working days. Elsewhere in Israel can take up to 10 working days, and international varies by destination. Tracking is provided either way.
Can I return or exchange something?
Absolutely. You have 4 working days. Returns are free to our drop-off point in 'Roses' shoe store, Rav Shefa Mall. Pieces just need to come back unworn with tags on. See full returns instructions, options and policy here.
How do exchanges work?
We don't offer an official exchange service. Simply arrange a return for the item and order the correct size/colour that you want.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out within a few hours of ordering and we'll try to catch it before it ships. After that, we'll help sort it on delivery (Jerusalem addresses only). There will be a 2% fee for all cancelled items.
Something's out of stock, will it come back?
Often, yes. Message us and we'll tell you if a restock is on the way, or suggest something similar we love.
Do you gift wrap?
We can add a handwritten card and wrap, plus a gift receipt with no prices. Just ask at checkout.
What currencies can I pay in?
Shekels (₪) and US dollars ($), whichever suits you, through a fully secure checkout.

My order arrived faulty, what now?
We're so sorry. Send us a photo by email asap and we'll make it right, quickly.
