Shipping policy

• Local Jerusalem

Shipping is NIS 30 to all ‘local Jerusalem’ addresses for orders below NIS 350. Orders NIS 350 and over are entitled to free shipping. You will receive your parcel within 1-2 working days. If less than NIS 350 worth of items are kept, the NIS 30 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The term ‘Local Jerusalem’ refers to the following areas:

Arzei, Bayit Vegan, French Hill, Geula, Giv’at Hamivtar, Giv’at Shaul, Gush Shmonim, Har Nof, Jaffa Area, Machal, Maalot Dafna, Matersdorf,  Mekor Boruch, Ramat Eshkol, Ramat Shlomo, Rechavia, Romema, Sanhedria, Sanhedria Murchevet, Sharei Chessed, and Unsdorf. 

• National delivery

Shipping is NIS 30 to all addresses within Israel but outside the local Jerusalem locale for orders below NIS 350. Orders NIS 350 and over are entitled to free shipping. You will receive your parcel within 15 working days.

• International delivery

International delivery is not guaranteed, but is available to most destinations. Shipping is NIS 120 on all orders below NIS 800. Orders NIS 800 and over are eligible for free shipping. Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days. Please note that any customs that may be charged when it arrives at the customers’ destination will be the customers’ responsibility.
