Return and Refund policy

Return Policy.

At Pipsqueak Kids we aim to keep our customers happy. If you’re not 100% delighted with your purchase, you will be able to arrange a return. 

Returns eligibility:

Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, and unworn. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact. Any items that were purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We will not process any returns for incomplete sets. 

How to arrange a return: 

To be eligible for your money back:

  • Request a return by logging in to your account and choosing which items you would like to return.

  • Please specify which items you are returning

  • You can choose your preferred return method

(1) Pay for a courier to pick up your return (30NIS). This option is only available for ‘local Jerusalem’ locations; see shipping policy for what's included. 

(2) Drop off your return at Roses shoe store in Rav Shefa Mall - this option is free. 

(3) Drop off your return at our address, 21 Ben Tsiyon Street, apartment 8, Givat Shaul - this option is free.

  • Items returned within 4 working days (Sun - Fri) of the delivery of your order will be refunded. The date of delivery is counted as day one. Items returned from 5 to 10 working days will be credited to use at our store in the future. Items returned after that time frame will not be refunded or credited.

  • If the order was eligible for free shipping, but less than NIS350 worth of goods was kept, a NIS30 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

Cancelled items:

  • There will be a 2% fee for any cancelled items

Gifts: 

  • If you received a gift and would like to exchange it please contact us and we will help you!

Returns on Sale: 

Items bought on sale of 20% off or more are considered final sale and are non returnable and non exchangeable and not able to cancel.

Please note: returns sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Codes:

Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds for forgotten codes or missed flashed sales without any exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return within the above time frame, we will notify you whether a refund has been granted. The refund will be minus the shipping costs if approved. You'll receive a refund on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If an order of more than NIS1000 worth of goods is returned there will be a 5% restocking charge.

Please note that excessive returns may result in your account being flagged for a restocking fee and have future orders cancelled at our discretion.

Pipsqueak Kids reserves the right to make exceptions to these policies.
