Shipping policy

• Local Jerusalem

Shipping is NIS30 to all ‘local Jerusalem’ addresses for orders below NIS350. Orders NIS350 and over are entitled to free shipping to ‘local Jerusalem’ addresses. You will receive your parcel within 1-3 working days.

The term ‘Local Jerusalem’ refers to the following areas:

Arzei, Bayit Vegan, French Hill, Geula, Giv’at Hamivtar, Giv’at Shaul, Gush Shmonim, Har Nof, Jaffa Area, Machal, Maalot Dafna, Matersdorf,  Mekor Boruch, Ramat Eshkol, Ramat Shlomo, Rechavia, Romema, Sanhedria, Sanhedria Murchevet, Sharei Chessed, and Unsdorf. 

During a sale or busy seasons, shipping may take a little longer than usual, due to an increase in sales. Please note, orders containing past season items may take longer than orders containing current season items.

• National delivery

Shipping is NIS30 to all addresses within Israel but outside the local Jerusalem locale for orders below NIS350. Orders NIS350 and over are entitled to free shipping. You will receive your parcel within 10 working days.

• International delivery

International delivery is not guaranteed, but is available to most destinations. Shipping is NIS120 on all orders below NIS800. Orders NIS800 and over are eligible for free shipping. Please note that any customs that may be charged when it arrives at the customers’ destination will be the customers’ responsibility.
